A bit of training

Today, our daughter, Nicole had a gymnastic competition. How do I feel about her competing in the sport? It is terrific in many ways, but there are also some drawbacks, such as:

  • time consuming
  • school studies become secondary (unfortunately)
  • too many friends can also be time consuming
BUT, they did win gold and silver, as well as the trophy. What can I say. Am I proud? Of course!
BUT (again), I would absolutely burst with pride if she won a competition in math or the sciences. Will it ever happen? Who knows. At any rate, here is a very happy young lady.

Inspiration

I don't know why, but I have been told to start a blogg so I will definitely give it a try before putting it to rest. I honestly believe that there are so many people that have too much to say. The question is, "Who on earth has all the time to follow all these bloggs?"

I will come back in due time to write something worthwhile (I hope).

Am I spoiled. Yes I am!!!
